This is like part review, part just me rambling because this game made my brain fall apart. This time around the game is so short that I think I’m going to dive into the potential endings, so I’ll call out at what point I’ll be mentioning spoilers. This time, I'm willing to take that leap of faith.A while back (like 5 years ago back!) I played through a visual novel called No, Thank You!!! and wrote up some thoughts about it here, so now that I’ve had a chance to play a game related to it, I thought I’d post some thoughts here. Maybe, just this time I'll take a chance. My heart's beating fast and I'm afraid.īut at the same time, I feel this exciting feeling at the same time. Igarashi: "So Lily what do you say. Will you be my girlfriend?" Finally putting my trust onto someone else's hands. Trying to hide away from finally getting into a relationship. Lily (thinking): Maybe this is the time to finally stop trying to protect myself. Lily lifts her head up, shocked to see that Igarashi is right by her, face to face. That way, it's my duty to protect you and you don't have to owe me anything." Igarashi gives Lily and comforting and reassuring smile. Igarashi: "You could repay me by letting me be your boyfriend. Igarashi begins to bend down so that he's leveled with Lily. "I-It's not that I don't appreciate all that you've done for me!!! But I-" "It's always you that's standing up for me and there's no way that I could ever repay you for it." Lily continues to look down. Lily: "Igarashi, it's ok. You didn't have to stand up for me like that." Igarashi is confused as he just let his whole heart out to the girls about how much he cares for Lily. Lily tugs at Igarashi's arm sleeve trying to stop him. This time with sincerity, showing that he really truly means the words that he just said. She's genuine, unlike all of you fakes who are quick to judge someone. There's things that you don't even understand the situation of, but she managed to overcome it all.and I love her." Igarashi begins to look at Lily. Igarashi continues: "She's caring, sweet and has a big heart for caring about others. Lily (thinking): "He didn't say that just now.did he?" Igarashi: "Lily's nothing like what you girls could ever hope to live up to be." He stops and turns around to confront them. Igarashi overhears the girls and their snarky comments. Girl 3: "She really is something else, huh?" I mean she has them all following her and wrapped up her fingers."
Girl 2: "I thought that Lily was a nice girl, but I guess she's just another one of those pretty girls who play with boys. Girl (to her friend): "What's going on between Lily and Igarashi? Is she already in another relationship after Sora just left?" As their walking, Lily hears all the gossip and whispers among the crowd. He then wraps his arm around her shoulders and comforts her as they make their way down the hall. Igarashi turns to glance at Lily and see's her hurting.
Surprised to see them together, everyone has mixed feelings and the whole atmosphere and eyes are on Lily and Igarashi.Įmbarrassed by the event of finally returning to school and everyone looking at her, Lily puts her head down in shame. Lily makes her way to school with Igarashi followed by the other guys behind them. The next day, everyone at the high school is in a uproar after hearing the news of Sora leaving the school after the incident. Each time it was always you who ended up saving me.and I really appreciate it.and I-"īefore Lily could finish, Igarashi pulled her into a hug while in tears after hearing the words she had said. Even when I couldn't see the traps and troubles I was walking into.
Thank you for always being the one who'd always fight for me. Igarashi looks the other way, completely red on his face. Igarashi glances at Lily and how relieved she looks along with enjoying this breathtaking moment/view.īefore Igarashi could finish, Lily curiously looked at Igarashi and he gulped. Igarashi and Lily enter her balcony and take a look at the view of the city and world around them. Lily looks up at Igarashi and is happy that he's no longer upset with her anymore along with the others too. Don't apologize, I'm the one to blame, not you." Igarashi: "It's good to see you back and yourself. Igarashi the begins to look at Lily and smiles and laughs a bit lightheartedly. I'm sorry that I'm not ready to answer how I feel about everyone. Lily hugs him while bursting out in tears. (Author's note) -> Ok, I know that the image is of Kae and Igarashi, but lets pretend that this is Lily instead ^_^.lol
